What tolerances can you hold?

Down to ±0.005 mm on critical features. Unless the drawing says otherwise, we machine to ISO 2768-m.

What files should I send?

A 3D model (STEP or IGES preferred) and a 2D drawing (PDF or DWG) showing tolerances, threads and finish.

Can you suggest design changes to reduce cost?

Yes. Every quote includes design-for-manufacturing (DFM) notes where we see a cheaper or more reliable way to make the part.
