Our core business

Small Batch & Prototype CNC Machining

From 1 piece to a few thousand. The same setup checks, tolerances and inspection, whatever the quantity.

Small Batch & Prototype CNC Machining
The problem we solve

Too small for big factories. Too important to get wrong.

Most factories quote small orders reluctantly — high setup fees, long queues, and attention that goes to the bigger customers. Online platforms are fast, but your part is routed to whichever shop is free, and the next batch may come from somewhere else.

We built our factory around small and medium batches. That is where our schedule, our setups and our people are focused.

What you get

What small-batch customers get from us

No minimum order

One prototype is a normal order here, not a favor.

Consistent re-orders

We keep your programs and records, so batch 5 matches batch 1.

Precision at any quantity

Tolerances down to ±0.005 mm on critical features, with every part inspected before it ships.

Direct engineering support

The engineer who programs your part answers your questions, and flags cost or risk in your drawing before we start.

Flexible scheduling

Split deliveries, urgent top-ups, drawing revisions mid-project — we can re-plan quickly.

One supplier for the whole part

Machining and finishing managed together, so you don’t coordinate three vendors for one component.

Real batches

Small and medium batches from our shop floor

From a few prototypes to thousands of identical parts — every batch inspected before it ships.

Typical orders

Orders we handle every week

Prototypes

1–10 pieces to test fit and function.

Bridge production

50–500 pieces while your tooling or main supplier ramps up.

Low-volume production

100–5,000 pieces for equipment, robotics and medical devices.

Spare and replacement parts

Non-standard components for machines already in the field.

Engineering changes

Revised versions of existing parts, made fast.

Prototype to production

Prototype now, scale later, same supplier

Start with a few samples. When the design is final, we move to batch production using the same process — so the parts you approved are the parts you receive. No re-qualification with a new supplier.

Is it more expensive per part at low volume?

Yes. Programming and setup take the same time for 5 parts or 500, so at low volume that cost is spread over fewer parts. We are happy to quote several quantities so you can choose the right batch size.

Can you keep my program and fixtures for re-orders?

Yes. We keep programs and records for repeat parts, so re-orders are faster and identical.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We machine single prototypes as well as batches of a few thousand pieces.
